It was a short day today as we have to start planning our days more carefully with less towns and services around. This is going to be an issue for us the further west we go. On our route this morning we encountered a sign saying the road we were on was closed ahead. We decided to chance it or else we would have had to make a big detour. The road was through a nature reserve and it got a bit overgrown and obviously hadn't been used for years. The road was closed due to a partially collapsed bridge but we were able to lift the bikes over. The terrain was hilly today with a lot more cattle farms.
