Day 68 Ennis, Montana to Dillon, Montana 113km

Today started with a steep 10 mile climb out of Ennis. We then passed through the old mining towns of Virginia city and Nevada city. We cycled alongside the alder gulch which was where the richest gold deposits ever discovered were. The piles of gravel and stone are still there as evidence of the dredging. As we got closer to Dillon there was a lot more farmland and ranches.
