We arrived in Boston at around 2pm and after going through US immigration preclearance in Dublin we just had to pick up our bags and head to the taxi rank. We skipped the taxi queue and jammed the boxes into a 7 seater taxi. The taxi driver took a "wrong turn" out of the airport so it made our trip a bit longer. When we told him we were cycling to Vancouver he responded with a "heelll no" and had to call his son to tell him about the crazy guys he had In his taxi. Once we checked in we went and got our new sims and ordered some room service while watching the Brazil-Croatia game. The assembly of the bikes was easier than expected and we both hit the bed at around half 8. We were pretty shattered. The weather was overcast and a humid 18c today. We are expecting a tough first day tomorrow with rain and thunderstorms forecast. The weather should improve as the weekend goes on.
